The Taste of History ~ America 250

Celebrate America’s 250th Anniversary while stepping back in time at this free public Military Living History Event with a focus on the food and rations that fed soldiers throughout history! This unique timeline display welcomes all eras—friend and foe—including military, home front, and camp followers. Field kitchens will compete and offer samples of period meals for a donation. Enjoy static displays, shooting demonstrations, military surplus vendors, kids’ activities, and more!
