Piatt Castle’s Historical Independence Day Celebration

Commemorate the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence by attending a 19th-century-style Independence Day celebration outside at Piatt Castle Mac-A-Cheek. Bring a picnic lunch, learn to play period games such as cricket and roll hoops, enjoy poems and storytelling about July 4th customs, and listen as the Declaration of Independence is read aloud.
