One World Day

One World celebrates the diverse ethnic groups represented in the Cultural Gardens through food, performances, and educational materials. We have a naturalization ceremony for new citizens as well as a parade of flags that includes countries that are not currently represented in the Gardens. This year, to mark America’s 250th, we will be celebrating three immigrants or people of a particular background from each community who made a contribution to America and its culture. This will help celebrate the importance of immigration and the part it played in the growth of our country.
