The Toledo Museum of Art hosts America 250‑Ohio: Homecoming and Picnic alongside its 125th anniversary, featuring live music including Russ Franzen (Great Lakes History in Song), Mike Williams on Sax and headliner Chavar Dontae & Ensemble. Other highlights include hands‑on art activities for all ages, living history interpreters, glassblowing demonstrations, food trucks, lawn games, and relaxed picnic vibes. Guests can also attend 125 Years in the Making, a directors’ conversation with TMA’s past and present leadership (1–2:30 PM). Bring a blanket, gather your people, and enjoy a festive afternoon of art, music, and community.
