Lithopolis Honeyfest
The Lithopolis Honeyfest returns in 2026 on Friday, September 11 from 3–7 PM and Saturday, September 12 from 10 AM–7 PM, bringing two days of sweet, family-friendly fun to the heart of town.
Celebrating all things honey, the festival features unique experiences like bee beards, educational sessions, a bee train, hands-on honey extraction, delicious food trucks, and much more. With activities and demonstrations throughout the festival grounds, there’s always something buzzing with excitement. The event is pet-friendly, kid-friendly, and completely ADA-accessible, and it remains one of the few festivals of its size that is completely FREE to attend.
As the festival opens on Patriot Day, organizers will take a moment to honor and remember those affected by the events of September 11. The celebration will also recognize the upcoming United States Semiquincentennial with a special program on the Main Stage highlighting the spirit of America. Sponsors and vendors will join in the celebration with patriotic touches throughout their booths and displays.
Much like a beehive, Lithopolis Honeyfest is filled with amazing things happening within a well-organized environment—where the main focus is making your visit as sweet as possible.
