Friends of the Cemetery Historical Walk and Mausoleum Open House

The annual Friends of the Cemetery Historical Walk will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at Spring Grove Cemetery. Attendees should gather at the chapel for this free event. Presentations that highlight the life stories of some of Medina’s past residents will be conducted by Friends of the Cemetery members.

The event is family-friendly with easy access for strollers, wagons, and wheelchairs.

Also, on Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., the Friends of the Cemetery invite the community to an Open House to celebrate the successful restoration of the historic Spring Grove mausoleum. Visitors will have the opportunity to tour the beautifully restored mausoleum, which has undergone extensive renovations over the past three years. This unique structure holds historical significance for our community. Visitors are invited to explore the architectural features of the mausoleum and appreciate the dedication and hard work that went into the restoration project.
The Open House is free and open to everyone.
