Fairfield County Community Picnic

Join us in celebrating America’s 250th birthday at the Fairfield County Community Picnic in the heart of downtown Lancaster. The event begins at 11 a.m. with picnic games and activities for visitors of all ages. At noon, settle in and enjoy live music from the Lancaster High School Percussion Ensemble during Lancaster Festival’s Noon at the Square!

Bring a blanket and relax on the large lawn beside the gazebo or near the fountain, where visitors are encouraged to spread out and enjoy the performance. Grab lunch from local food trucks and street vendors, stop by one of the many downtown restaurants, or bring along a homemade picnic to enjoy with friends and family.

We’ll be serving free lemonade and will have America 250-themed plates, napkins, and picnic supplies to add a little extra red, white, and blue to your lunch. Come spend a summer afternoon enjoying great music, good company, and a relaxed picnic in downtown Lancaster as we celebrate America’s 250th together!
