A monthly opportunity to talk to America 250-Ohio’s Executive Director
Beginning Jan. 10, 2025, at 12:00 PM, America 250-Ohio Executive Director, Todd Kleismit kicks off a new webinar series titled “TODD TALKS.” This webinar series will subsequently be held on the first Friday of each month in 2025.

TODD TALKS is a forum to ask questions, learn more about the America 250-Ohio commission, and how communities and individuals can get involved with the events leading up to July 2026.
Over the course of the webinar series, Todd will highlight the work of the Commission and some of the upcoming new programs and initiatives that will begin in 2025 and 2026, including the Next Generation Citizens/education programs, new Trails & Tales driving trails, Heritage Trees planting program, Murals Across Ohio, and many more. It will provide an insiders view of America 250-Ohio plans and projects.

Meet Todd Kleismit
Todd Kleismit was appointed as the executive director of the Ohio Commission for the U.S. Semiquincentennial on March 1, 2022. Since that time he has been working alongside a new 29-member Commission on building a statewide initiative to prepare Ohio to participate in the nation’s 250th anniversary. Todd previously served for 18 years as the Ohio History Connection’s director of community and government relations. A native of Dayton, Ohio, Todd is a U.S. Army veteran of Operation Desert Storm and has a wide range of experience working in the public, nonprofit and private sectors. He lives in Columbus with his wife and daughter.
