Columbus Brewing Company invites you to join the America 250 Harvest Beer Dinner! The dinner will feature a harvest-inspired four-course menu created by Chef Jason, with each course thoughtfully paired with one of our craft beers, including the special-edition America 250-Ohio IPA. Guests will also receive a welcome pint upon arrival.
The evening will be hosted by CBC brewer, Adam Hickernell, who will guide guests through each beer selection and discuss the brewing process, flavor profiles, and pairing choices. Chef Jason will introduce each course as it is served and share details about the inspiration and ingredients behind the menu.
While the menu will celebrate the flavors of the harvest season, the America 250 theme will be incorporated into the beer pairings and storytelling throughout the evening, making it a unique celebration of both Ohio craft beer and America’s 250th anniversary!
