The St. Clairsville Area Chamber of Commerce “Spirit of America Parade”

Parade to celebrate the 250th anniversary of our country. Parade will begin at the STC High School and finish at our Rec Center for Community Day Celebration with vendors, games, music and fireworks. Portion of our proceeds will go to The Wall that Heals traveling replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial coming to Belmont County in October.
