Revolutionary War Reenactment

Come to Fort Laurens, the site of Ohio’s only Revolutionary War fort, for their annual Revolutionary War reenactment on May 23, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and May 24, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Watch a mock skirmish for American Independence with volunteer reenactors from the Brigade of the American Revolution. Learn about 18th-century life from a variety of different demonstrations, including music, artillery, cooking, medicine, and discussions with Colonial and British soldier reenactors. Food, vendors, kids’ games, and many other family-friendly activities will also be available.

Admission is $10 for adults and free for children 12 and under, with all the proceeds going towards the preservation and educational efforts of Fort Laurens. All tickets are sold at the door.
